How do we arrange a consultation to view your work in person and to discuss our specific wedding photography needs?
A no-obligation, consultation is available for each couple who is considering Valley Photography for their wedding photography. Please call for available times and we will make arrangements for your consultation. Evening hours are the most popular because of work schedules. Limited weekend time slots are also available. An initial wedding consultation usually takes about one hour.
What is covered during a consultation?
You will be able to view samples of our work of weddings photographed by Valley Photography. You will also be able to view enlargements, framed wall portraits, gift albums the purchase site, etc. We will spend some time discussing your wedding day and answering any questions you might have about choosing the right package for your needs.
There is no pressure on couples to book with us. You may, of course, book with us immediately after the consultation if you wish. Our usual advice to couples is to meet with us first, discuss things over between yourselves before making your decision. We realize that most couples wish to consult with more than one wedding photographer before making their final decision. Please remember, because dates cannot be held without a deposit, dates cannot be guaranteed after a consultation. We are confident that if you are pleased with our work, our prices, and our personalities, you will give us strong consideration in your final decision.
Our advice to couples concerning choice of a wedding photographer usually involves answering these three questions:
- Do you like the photographer's work?
- Do the photographer's prices fit within your budget?
- Are you pleased with the photographer's style and personality?
